Roy Lee Skeins, was born October 20, 1945 to Ethel and Gilbert Skeins of Webster Springs, West Virginia. Roy served in the United States Navy from 1966-1970. After which he worked for Mertz Construction. He worked there 40 plus years and rose to the position of Superintendent. Roy had a long and fruitful life. He was at peace in life. God Bless you Roy.
He is survived by long time partner Leona Irean Hammond, Step-Son Gary M. Keylon, 2 brothers Ray and Edward Skeins. Preceeded Roy his wife Connie M. Skeins.
