Obituary of William F. Griffith

Bill Griffith, 69, of Lodi died August 6, 2022 in a local hospital following a brief illness. He was born September 9, 1952 in Lodi, CA. He was an avid fisherman and hunter who taught so many others the skill.

Mr. Griffith is survived by his wife of nearly 50 years next month, Maryann Griffith, and two children; a daughter Monica Emmett, her spouse Jamey Emmett, and a son Billy Griffith, both of Lodi, CA. He is also survived by two sisters, Shirley Griffith and Carol Reeves, both of Stockton, CA, and grandchildren Jamey Lou Emmett, Wyatt Griffith, Avary, Hunter, Liam and Everly Griffith.

He was preceded in death by his father William Fair Griffith Sr. and his mother Peggy Griffith.

A memorial service will be held August 19, 2022 at 10:00 AM at Lodi Funeral Home with a Celebration of Life at Lodi Lake to follow.
