Obituary of Valerie Kim Garcia

On Sunday May 15th 2022, Valerie Kim Garcia, 61, of Galt, CA went home to heaven surrounded by her loved ones.

Valerie was born in Lodi, CA to Vernon and Deloris Pfaff on December 29th , 1960.

Valerie grew up and attended school in Lodi. She worked in various career fields throughout her life to include; retail customer service manager, nursing care home, medical specimen courier, and finally in the hospitality industry for several years.

Valerie would always do more for others than herself, she loved hard and could bring a smile to your face always. Her positive and fun attitude and carefree sprit was infectious. She will be missed more than words can express.

Valerie was preceded in death by her husband Salvador I. Garcia and parents Vernon and Deloris Pfaff. She is survived by her children Ricardo Rodriguez (wife Terri), Adreanna Flores (husband Ramon), Anthony James Simnitt (wife Sandra) and brothers Delon “Dino” Pfaff and Dwight Pfaff. 10 grandchildren and one great grandchild. Through marriage she gained a beautiful second family and 2 amazing sons and 2 amazing daughters and 13 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.

Funeral service will be held at Cherokee Memorial Park in Lodi, CA on Friday May 27th , at 9:30am with a Celebration of Life lunch held at the Japanese Community Hall in Lodi, CA at 11:30pm.
