Buddy Perkins Jr. Obituary On Wednesday, January 13, 2021, Buddy Dean Perkins Jr., “Bo” passed away quietly at home at the age of 47 with his loving wife of 14 years, Pamela Perkins by his side. Buddy was born December 1, 1973 to Judi Rowe and Buddy Perkins Sr. in Eureka California and grew up between Humboldt County and Lodi, California. Buddy served in the California Conservation Corps (CCC) from 1994 to 1996 and always had a strong connection to the CCC. He was a lifelong Rams fan and San Francisco Giants fan. Buddy loved his annual 10-day deer hunting trips in the Siskiyou mountains, a place he grew up hunting with his father, family, and friends. After moving back to Lodi in 1999, Buddy enjoyed pheasant hunting with his dog Kie and bass fishing in the Delta. His favorite passion was fishing the rivers and lagoons of the north coast for steelhead and coastal cutthroat trout, chasing lingcod out of Trinidad, and catching bass in the Delta. Buddy was an extremely kind, honest soul and always helped others in need. He will be deeply missed by those who knew him. Buddy was preceded in death by his son Dean Perkins (August 9, 2013), his mother Judi Rowe (November 13, 2015), his father Buddy Perkins Sr. (November 12, 2020) and his brother Shawn Row (August 16, 2001). Buddy was survived by his wife Pamela Perkins, brother Tracey Row, nephew Dakota Row and a large network of family and friends. A celebration of life will be held in Lodi and Humboldt County later this year, dates to be determined.
