Obituary of Ryan Lane Rathjen

Ryan passed away February 22, 2021, in his home. He was born on July 3, 1977, in Lodi, CA to Ben and Patty Rathjen. Ryan was 43 years old. He worked in the construction field doing a variety of jobs, plumbing, remodeling, etc. Ryan's greatest love and joy were his children. Ryan was a "river rat", where he loved taking his children fishing and swimming. Ryan also enjoyed kayaking, camping and spending time with his friends and family. He had a huge heart and lots of friends. Ryan will be missed by many. Ryan is survived by his two children, Damian Lane Rathjen and Sadie Marie Rathjen; siblings, Tonya Wages, Sierra (Larry) Woehl, Ben (Renaé) Rathjen, Amber Gilmore (Rathjen); 9 Nieces and Nephews, Benjamin Wages, Tommy Wages, Sheila Anadon (Wages), Brittni Valliere (Woehl), Corttni Woehl, Tyler Rathjen, Daniele Rathjen, Kile Gilmore, Kotye Gilmore and many aunts, uncles and cousins. He is preceded in death by his parents, Ben and Patty Rathjen; his twins, Autumn and Aaron Rathjen; Brother-in-Law, Steven Wages; and nephew, Jay Wages. In memory of Ryan, there will be a Celebration of Life held at a later date.
