Sarwan Singh passed away at the age of 86 in Lodi, CA. Sarwan was born March 7 1934 in Punjab, India. Sarwan moved to Fiji in 1953 when he was 20 years old, there he met his wife Gyan and they were married in 1957. He worked as a sugar cane farmer for many years, and was a folk song singer. He is survived by his wife Gyan of Lodi, ten brothers, two sisters, two sons; Saran and JarNail, four Grand Children; Ambrish, Harmish, Jyoshita and Joshneil, and two great grand children Gurveer and Jaxon. He was preceded in death by his parents Bariam and Rao Singh and a son Pradeep.
